Boots Opticians Bedworth

Hello, I would like to say a huge Thank You to Vikram Soni who was the most amazing optician I've ever seen. My little brother who has Autism has been to so many opticians and hes never been able to get any glasses as they weren't patient with him, but Vikram was the most patient and most kind person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I hope for the best for him and everyone else in this opticians as without them I don't know if my little brother would've been able to see properly. Thank you very much I appreciate it alot.

Upon arrival at the appointment I was met by 3 members of staff, who asked me to take a seat while they continued their conversation which was not work related and continued to try on glasses & search for them on line. After 5 minutes I was asked to confirm some details & was then left to wait while my current glasses were checked. I was then shown into a room where the peripheral vision check was started. A couple of minutes into this it was stopped as the Optitians wanted to do my test. The test was then completed & I was again asked to wait, while the staff continued to search on line for frames for themselves. Eventually I was taken to complete the peripheral vision test & have my eye photographed. The optician was wonderful & I can not fault her. Unfortunately the other staff and their lack of consideration or customer care let her down & I will never use this service again.

The optometrist was patient and really took his time to make sure the prescription was correct. The service we received compared to a leading provider was amazing.

What A lovely place I was made to feel welcome from the minute I walked through the doors. I feel really confident that my new glasses will be perfect. The did not push a particular frame but allowed me to make an informed choice. Can't wait to get my new glasses

My optometrist is very clear, helpful, honest, polite and welcoming. I have had the same optometrist for a while now and I find him to be good at what he does and he defiantly cares about any concerns you may have over your glasses or contact lenses.

The staff and Optometrist were very friendly. Although the guy that was helping choose glasses i didnt feel he was very helpful at all i felt that he didnt want to be there and i felt that he had a can't be bothered attitude. At the start of choosing my glasses he picked up a really expensive pair which was out of my price range, he didnt even ask me how much i was willing to pay or even show me what glasses were the ones that would benefit my perscription. I wouldnt like him to help me again i would prefer someone else .
