I had a bad experience calling through to the manager and advisor regarding my contact lenses that where delivered but was advised that it wasn’t . After a lot of time wasting I wasn’t even able to get my lenses without an appointment.... rules can be changed as long as we use common sense and it’s not against the law as I paid for a product which Boots rules wouldn’t allow me to collect. The staff on the day where great I have no problem with them as they have been there for years and I used to be with d@a. This is not a poor service because of them. Also to point out the appointment was 45minutes late ....

Had appointment on Monday 9/10/17, but I was late due to unexpected travel problems.On arrival I apologised and tried to re arrange my appointment, the staff were exceptional, they explained to the Optiacian why I was late, and after a very short wait I was seen, I was very grateful, and would like to thank the amazing staff at my local Boots branch in Upper Market Square, Hanley, Stoke on Trent. Very friendly, answered any questions, and all with a smile. BIG THANK YOU.

The staff were very helpful and obliging, I was late for my appointment due to traffic. On arrival I gave my apologies and was going to re arrange, but the friendly staff at my local branch in Upper Market Square Hanley Stoke on Trent, managed to fit me in within 10 minutes. Everyone here is always very helpful and informative.

Service on the day was great. But, trying to arrange a collection for the glasses was a nightmare. Phone rings and rings with no one answering. Gave up in the end.
