Boots Opticians Morpeth

My first visit to a Boots for eye test and I'm completely satisfied and will recommend to friends & family to give them a try.

Fabulous customer service and a very through examination

Everything was great at the opticians, they even had childrens book which helped calm down my middle daughter whilst waiting for her sister to finish

The experience was the best I've had in all dealings with medical services. I would absolutely recommend this optician staff were really helpful.

Would have preferred to have been given a selection of glasses fron various price ranges first rather than all from high price range.

The eye test was for my 11 year old son and the optometrist was excellent and patient, and great at explaining things to him.

The optometrist was new to me and I was very impressed by her professionalism, pleasant attitude and simple clear explanations.

Rebecca was really very good. The best customer service I've had from any Optician.
