All members of staff that we saw were amazing, very friendly & very helpful, especially as we had a double appointment as it was for our children who are 6 & 3 years old, they were all fantastic. Our little girl is really excited to go back to collect her glasses.

The service here is amazing went on to c.lens and really struggled getting them in and adapting to lens but with the expertise of the team and on going advice I am now able to wear them when I thought I'd never be able to .

Nothing I can think of to improve the service in the shop. I booked my appointment on line using the app. The only thing was I did not get a text message reminding me of my appointment time. That would have been helpful. The waiting area is not very big and it was hard with a buggy. That’s not the staffs fault it’s the layout of the shop. I’m already use contact lenses so that’s why it was not discussed with me.
