Left feeling reassured any concerns I had would be resolved

Generally very friendly staff & great service! One thing that could perhaps be improved, would be to get more advice/recommendations with regards to choosing the right kind of frame (especially when you have a strong prescription).

Was a good appointment but but enough flexibility

I feel that I was treated very well with the staff at my first appointment as she was experienced. My 2nd appointment with junior staff when I had to collect my new pair of reading glasses I feel the trainee staff need more training when doing the tests for eyes on the machines. I was told to wear my new reading glasses whilst doing the field eye test which I think is wrong. I confirmed twice to her about wearing the glasses and said yes. These trainee staff should be given more training and have experience staff always at the North Finchley opticians and this relates to other Boots opticians also.

I was very impressed with the help and information I received.

Amisa and all members of staff, as always, were kind, friendly and helpful. , As for improvement, I really can't think of anything.
