I am suffering with the eye condition of Blepharitis and the medication recommended by the optician was vague, in fact the local pharmacy could not determine what medication to dispense from the written prescription.

I recently moved to Middlesbrough and went to Boots for an overdue eye-test. I was very impressed by the care and attention I received. Ruth and Lou were friendly and explained everything clearly. I did not feel rushed - in fact I was there for 1 hour 20 minutes. I received a very thorough examination and test of my eyes, then clear, unpressured help in choosing the right variofocal lenses and frames for my new glasses. I shall definitely continue going to Boots for my eye care.
