Boots Opticians Middlesbrough - Hill Street Centre

Arranging appointment on line was not straightforward, as specific venues in Middlesbrough's town centre were not clearly marked out, so I ended up with an appointment at a different venue other than my regular one. However, the Hill St Centre gave very good personal service. Ingrid was particularly helpful at explaining all the various options. There are too many! How about Standard, and then extra if required. I was pleased to have such an experienced member of staff who could help me choose a style to suit my shape of face, give a positive opinion, and listen to my preferences. All good. Fortunately I was sitting down when told the price, but at least I had a Boots card.

The staff are always very helpful and very knowledgeable, they make you feel welcome and value you as a customer. They are happy to assist with any query even if they are very busy. My visit was made very pleasurable today as Chris and Sanaum the optometrist who were so friendly and helpful with all of my requirements during my visit. Chris helped me pick out some new choices for my glasses and told me truthfully which ones suited me, he is a really great guy.

Emma, was extremely professional, could not have had anyone better to check my eyes. She answered all my questions promptly with good advise. I look forward to my next visit.can

Great service no changes needed

All the staff were friendly and personable and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience, including staying slightly after closing time to ensure my care was complete. Can’t recommend the staff highly enough!

only made appt a couple of days before.Didnt wait,was seen straight away by a member of staff for certain eye tests,before seeing optometrist.Afterwards, a lovely lady called Ingrid dealt with my query for extra glasses & new frames.I found her to be very knowledgeable & pleasant,helping me choose a different frame to suit my face.All in all it was a very satisfactory experience.
