Boots Opticians Marlow

The worst service I have ever had in over 60 years then after 2 weeks was told the frames were no longer in stock . I was told to look for other frames no way .Will not go to boots ever again Marlow boots just not good.

Spoke to the Manager today with a problem l had l found him very rude and abrupt . He made an assumption about me which l found very upsetting Previous staff have been most helpful and attentive. Mrs S Wilkinson

Both the optometrist Azra and the sales assistant Vishal, were very helpful and patient. They explained that the deterioration in my left eye was due to a slow progressing cataract and then helped me select the best glasses for driving at night.

All eye tests explained and professionally administered. Advice from Vishal about lenses, fitting, measurement etc informative and thorough.

Helpful, friendly. Assisted with choosing of new glasses. Felt a little pressured though to buy the thinner lenses. A professional service all round though.

I was very impressed with this store. Sam, was brilliant, great customer care, so kind and very professional like the rest of the staff. Also I was very impressed with the eye test and the optician level of skills,knowledge and caring. Thank you , Sabrina Chierici

I was welcomed when entering the premises and seen by the Optometrist on time. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Quick testing procedures, frank discussion with Optometrist, well organized
