My first appointment at Boots Opticians Beaconsfield was thorough, friendly and reassuring Jamila and Jo were very informative about eye care and options for lenses / frames etc I would highly recommend this Opticians

I have been going to boots opticians for several years and never had a problem however when I ordered new glasses recently after having a cataract operation and having to wear my old glasses with one lens in I was told they would be ready in 6 days. After 6 days I hadn’t heard anything so I rang the shop and I was told they would be in the next day. Having still not heard anything by lunchtime the following day I rang the shop and was told they had no tracking on the glasses and they would look into it and phone me back, 2 hours passed and I still hadn’t heard anything so I called in the shop. I was then told they didn’t know where my glasses were they thought they may have gone to another shop. My husband phoned the following day and was told they still had know idea where they were and had ordered another pair and I would have to wait another week. I was so disappointed as I had several evenings out and parties to go to without my new glasses and having to wear glasses with one lens. When I did eventually pick them up no apology was offered or discount for my inconvenience.

Calm and friendly atmosphere.

When I arrived for my appointment there was no one at the reception desk, it would have been better to have been greeted at that point. My previous appointment had been double booked and I was mistook for the mother in law of the person before me!

Friendly & helpful staff, particularly when helping me fit contact lenses.

Having avoided the opticians for a number of years due to a bad experience a decade back, i was delighted that my experience in Beaconsfield was the polar opposite to the past. Easy booking, friendly welcome, informative optician and a well informed, welcoming assistant with a brilliant sense of humour who helped me pick my frames in confidence. Please thank the team as they were all brilliant

Have being seeing this Optometrist since I was a child - 25+ years, I trust his experience and knowledge and look forward to now taking my children to see him. I feel eye health is very important

Cannot rate the experience highly enough, the staff were super and fully attentive, the eye doc was unbelievable, attention to detail and professionalism could only be described as "second to none", a super experience and very highly recommend, thank you.
