I had an eyelash stuck to my cornea causing great discomfort, preventing me from wearing my contacts. The situation was resolved swiftly The Boots staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I'm very happy to recommend to others to use this excellent service

Always friendly service at Boots Opticians. Mixed level of expertise however. I had arranged the appointment as I had been told by a previous assistant my glasses were not covered for "heat blast damage." Thankfully the person attending rectified this.
