Bad optician bad service 1st pair wrong prescription also not measured line of sight wrong, replace pair coating came straight of poor quality , replace they cracked lenses, in 50 years of wearing specs by far the worst quality or care given, do not use this store

Appointment was for my child, she was really happy this time round due to the optometrist's excellent care.He made her feel at ease& came out smiling compared to her very first visit.

The staff were very friendly and there was a great deal of checking of information. This made the session quite long but this was acceptable. I was a bit concerned that I was not advised of the need to make an appointment even though it was over a year since my last one.

I was impressed that I did not have to wait long for my appointment.

I have previously experienced uncomfortable appointments at this Opticians - however, on my return yesterday, I had a new Optician and all staff were really really helpful and pleasant - it made a huge difference to my visit.

There was nothing good about the service received. I have requested a move to the Marlow branch.

Despite requesting an appointment for both an eye test and contact lenses check I was only booked for an eye test and had to rebook for another time. There was a delay in being seen to and the optometrist was extremely slow.

Too make sure that my eye appointment is needed, I was not allowed a delivery of my contact lenses until I had an eye appointment which is fair enough, but 1:couldn’t get an appointment for 4 weeks, 2: I didn’t need it as it was not due until 2018. Shocking by Boots High Wycombe again.

I have used the Boots Optician service for a number of years. Everyone is so helpful and any issues are clearly explained. And I can pop in any time to get my glasses tightened up when they start slipping down my nose. Great service - thank you.
