I had a very thorough eye check. I am extremely satisfied with the care I had.

Well it's a number of tests and procedures carried out quickly and efficiently. It helps that the team are pleasant and friendly. Explanations are provided and advice given. I can't think what you'd need to do to improve.

I found the eye test quite intimidating - not how ive ever felt at one before. The optometrist made me feel like an idiot when i wasnt sure what the letters were. Also, they were slow - i was there over an hour and i had to get to work.

No complaints. My optometrist was absolutely brilliant.

I was recommended better options for my contact lenses which i am really happy about. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I was served by Rossi and sakina, both were excellent. Overall great service.

Friendly, helpful and always willing to answer questions and explain options. Only issue is online appointment service- it keeps on coming up with mystery unexplained errors.
