Boots Opticians London - Strand

My prescription was not working for my eyes, I have have not bought another prescription from another optician and this really helps my eyesight.

Oh my God!!! The best service i ever got in any boots optical shop. The Boots at the Strand London branch is just a great place to go for your eye test. I started off with Kate Rowley. Oh my God. Kate is just so experienced on the job and made me feel so comfortable. I was so relaxed i didnt want to leave after she finished. She was so engaged with me and gave me all attention and service was superb. I cannot just explain this experience as i felt like a celebrity with the service i got from her. After she finished with me, she then walked me down to see Kofo. Unlike other boots i have been, they just point me over and i find my way to the next person. Kate you are such a lovely lady. Thank you. My feedback will not be complete without mentioning the service i got from Kofo. She was she welcoming and friendly. I laughed so hard you know as she didnt just treat me like a transaction but made me feel at home and comfortable too. I could see this was someone who loves her job so much and delights in helping customers. Kofo, thanks a bunch for the service....and now to Bomi, she was great as well. When she came to confirm with me my sight on the desk...she was so polite and friendly. I cannot fault the service i received from this 3 team members of the Boots optical at the Strand branch of London. They all made me not only smile but laugh and this made my day. I will always go to this branch from now on as my experience in other boots nearly made me change my mind over a year ago...but i am happy this 3 team members turned around that experience positively for me. I can go on and on. i cannot fault the service i received in any way. Thanks Kate, Kofo and Bomi. Thanks for the celebrity service i got.

As there was nothing particular wrong with my eyesight I was offered advice on general care for tired eyes and screen breaks

Thorough eye test with time to ask questions and factual explanations.

I got an appointment extremely easily at the time I needed when I called. I've been taken in charge very nicely, got explained all parts of the eye check to understand what exams was for what etc. My glasses got sorted very quickly as well, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Never had a single issue with Boots opticians.

Great service provided - not a huge fan of their selection of glasses as they can be quite overpriced. Staff are very friendly and the optometrists are very professional.

Optometrist was excellent -NISHA SHAH. As I stated previous I would bring my family here and make them all see her as she was highly profession, listened and approachable. I will come back later on with my partner to buy some specs!
