I popped in on Tuesday because I had a problem with one of my eyes The staff were fantastic They diagnose an eye infection and recommend the appropriate treatment which is very well Thanks so much to all the team for their help Highly recommend them for the great care

Great friendly service from the optician and brilliant advice from Khadija on frames

The optician was friendly and professional and was able to suggest what was wrong with my eyes. She gave me the name of specific eye drops that did improve the feeling my eyes and suggested a follow up to see if they helped and how to continue from there.

No-one discussed budget with me. The assumption was that I would have the same as last time whereas approaching retirement I'm more money conscious and might have preferred a cheaper option. Although everyone was pleasant and kind, I felt afterwards that I had been (very politely) pressured into getting the same type of expensive lenses as last time.

Some of my history was not available to the optometrist as this was a different practice to the one I normally visited, so I had to repeat this for her.

Nice surroundings and pleasant staff. And the appointment ran on time!

I came to check for a second pair of reading glasses as I was extremely disappointed with the service I got in the west fields shopping center boots branch. At oxford street branch, the staff are very friendly but at the same time professional and helpful as they try to help me get the second pair and explained all the procedures. Khush was very helpful and she advised me that I could get the 2nd pair for half price and help me to choice the frame. Other staff members were also helpful. She also explained the weight, the lenses and the insurance.

I did not have an eye test at Boots Sedley Place, Oxford Street but I came on recommendation of Polaris to have the fitting done for my glasses. I saw Khush and she was extremely good - I cannot thank her enough. My glasses now fit perfectly, she made sure that I understood how my new glasses would work. She called my previous opticians to request my spectacle prescription for contact lens fitting and explained the process to me clearly. Without doubt she is the best DO I've ever seen. So, thank you once again Khush.

I went to Boots to ask if they could help me with my glasses as the sides were bent. They warned me that if they try to fix it, maybe it breaks. Lovely Khush fixed it for me (without charging). Thank you very much.
