It was slightly difficult to arrange the appointment, once I believe the reception was distracted by a customer and forgot to return to my call, but the second time I got through fine. I am sure this was simply because staff were busy as they were never impolite. My optometrist was extremely competent, made my visit comfortable and explained everything well.

All the staff were professional and friendly. It was a good appointment.
