Boots Opticians Kingston - Union St

The staff at booths opticians have such a don"t care attitude attitude towards patients They dont care how apatient feels about their service , but how they want to feel and satisfy themselves. Just like nurses , i think opticians should be educated to put the interests of their patients before theirs, what we call in nursing patient centred care/approached. It is unbelievable that a staff from kingston booths optician can come and dismiss a patient that they cant see her when the eye test has already started. They have no empathy and they are there to achieve there goals; which is their pay. It is absolutely shocking. The optician does not even have cutesy to even call the staff and talk away from the patient. I would encourage people to choose other options within kingston who will respect you and put you as their main priority than the boots opticians who prioritise their needs first. I can keep on writing, I think these staff should he sent home and think
