Excellent efficient and friendly staff. Particularly re-assuring and relaxing, when examining me, to explain a problem I thought I might have was, in fact, not present, thus removing a considerable amount of stress from the visit. Atmosphere of the premises also very clean, calming and efficient. Highly recommended for such friendly, proficient and professional staff

Stay away from this opticians in 82 High Street new Maldon. The services is exceptionally poor quality. Extremely expensive for a lack of complete service to the customer

I was seen by Natalia. My friend recommended her as a very good Optometrist. She explained how my prescription had changed and advised me about my dry eyes. Which I have found no other optician had done so in the past. Outside I saw a young Chinese fella named Yeewei. He was very informative about the products I needed and helped me choose my frames. Which I must say my wife loves on me. Young Yeewei had a brilliant sense of humour and all the staff seemed to get on very well. Will definitely recommend this team to all my local friends and family. Excellent work. Keep it up.

I was very happy with my visit to Boots Opticians in New Malden. The young lady (Roxanne) who I saw was very kind and extremely helpful, and went through everything very thoroughly in helping me choose my replacement glasses. I was also very impressed with the modern equipment now used in the eye test and the help I received to make the right choice.
