Good all round experience

Optometrist was really helpful and thouroughly helped my needs and gave me appropriate recommendations.. The assistant whom I was welcomed with was very friendly. I will be visiting this branch only for my future optom needs.

Friendly reception staff. Excellent optometrist, explained everything clearly, was great with my 10 year old son

No help getting in or out the door despite the fact I had a pram and two small children with me- another patient held the door whilst the reception staff ignored us.

I have used Boots opticians for the past 2 years and the service has always been exceptional. I used specsavers before. I was fitted over a period of time with 3 pairs of varied focal glasses but was unable to see clearly out of any. I have never looked back since going to Boots. Both my boys wear glasses and now visit Boots and I have recommended to friends and family also. I would highly recommend the service
