Boots Opticians Hagley Road

I had to buy glasses for my 6 year old after being ripped off by the Specsavers . I spent 45£ per pair for thinning down the glass for my child. One of my friend suggested Boots and I was surprised how Jessica Rock at Boots Hayley Road was explaining every minute detail . She was friendly and very helpful . I had an appalling customer service from Specsavers. I felt great about the customer service in the store. I had been to the store yesterday and Alessi was so lovely helping me to sort my sons glasses and help me choose a frame for my mom you. Brilliant team at boots opticians Hagley Road Birmingham Carol, Jess, Alessi, Deb,Matassa. Always ready to help and gives the right advice. Main thing No rip off!!!! I would definitely recommend them 100%. Lovely people Lovely team .

Despite running over my appointment time, refused to see me. Very unhappy! Not very accomodating!

Friendly happy staff

I didn't want any invasive tests due to my health issues and the optometrist facilitated this and provided me with the service I required with the best outcome. I have put off having a further eye test for 4 years and now wouldn't hesitate in having a further test in 4 years. I am very pleased with the outcome which was entirely down to the optometrist.

My appointment started 20 minutes after it should have with no apology about running late, the staff were all stood just inside a doorway labelled 'private' chatting away and only responded when the door opened, i was waiting for 5 minutes for one of them to turn around to answer my question. The length of my full eye test was only 15 minutes, maybe to make up for the delay for the next customer, but it felt very rushed and I do not feel that it was a thorough examination, when asked which lenses were blurry or clearer i felt the optomestrist was guessing my answers to speed up the process. I came away with the same glasses prescription as before despite feeling like my current glasses are not making things as clear as they should be. Not completely satisfied with my recent visit.

Very attentive and knowledgeable

Staff all friendly & efficient. They explained each step of the eye test & were most helpful in choosing new frames that suited me. Plus I saved 1/4 of the gist of new glasses with my advantage card. Well done Boots.

Very professional service, great customer care.

Martin was very professional and made sure I was relaxed and well informed about everything he was about to do. He made sure I understood everything about the tests he was carrying out and the results and any differences from my previous results. He was very informed and knowledgable and answered any questions I had. I booked my original test with Martin through a recommendation and would be happy to recommend him to my friends and family.

First appointment for a four year old. Optician Koran was excellent with my daughter, put her At ease and very friendly and professional
