Boots Opticians Keighley - Bow Street

I feel confident with my choices I was very happy with my optician he was cheerful aware of my questions asked more than helpful and knowledgable also thorough.

On time with the appointment. Staff were friendly. Just had to wait for someone to see me after the appointment when I could just have paid, didn't have time to look at glasses. Staff should ask the question rather than assume.

I would highly recommend Dan Dixon - he is a very friendly, easy to talk to optician - who I have now been visiting for many years, backed up by a friendly staff.

Good service and always been a boots optician patient for my eye health. Straight forward advice and happy with the care given at boots.

My prescription adjustment for contact lenses was clearly explained and also that my breading vision was starting to change but not so much so that I need varifocals at this stage.

The whole team have been lovely and very helpful - a new contact lens was tried which worked well (for my astigmatism) but then it was unfortunately discontinued so we needed to try another lens, the were very accommodating with appointments - I work shifts so not always easy to get into town. A very professional team with a welcoming manner putting customers at ease, they have always been willing to explain things making sure the products I buy/use (glasses and contacts) are best suited to my individual needs. Would highly recommend them to others. The whole family now go here.

I felt like I was taken care of and I received excellent service, I also feel that my eye care was taken seriously and the optometrist was attentive. It was also even better because my eye test was free with a voucher.
