The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. They even repaired my glasses which were from another opticians

I was worried about my daughter eyes.. i was talked through her eyes test in detail which i was extremely happy with.. thanks

The care and information was excellent and wasn't kept waiting.however I had a problem trying to contact boots initially by phone, no answer from the optical department, tried to book online but requested a password reset didn't receive one so made a personal visit to the store.

The staff are friendly and go to great lengths, the waiting time could be improved, however overall they are a good branch. My appointment was cancelled 4 times before I was seen and this is because I was told that appointments were changed from their head office. I pay £50 a month and expect better service and communication

The optician was Neelam Misra this time. She was absolutely excellent despite being obviously very busy. After a very thorough eye examination she explained that I can still drive my car and although my prescription has changed new glasses would not help much as my cataracts now need to be removed. Also I need to be referred to the hospital with a quiery about my optic nerve. She explained everything very well to me.

Follow up appointment following cataract surgery on both eyes. Found the care and attention by the optometrist and support staff to be very efficient and caring.

Fantastic experience for my daughter and me, before we went to a rival but now will change rest of family to Boots. Warm and friendly welcome, best experience we have received.
