Boots Opticians Colne

I have been a patient at Boots Opticians for quite some time. Whilst I tend to see a different Optician at each visit, I have always left feeling that my test has been done to a high standard and clearly explained to me. Most of the staff are lovely, again there seems to be different receptionists everytime I have visited. One of the ladies who works there who appears to be in an authoritive position can be rather abrupt at times and has often made myself (and some of my friends and family who also use Boots) feel uncomfortable and it does affect the experience. Frame selection is good and the prices are reasonable. Always been happy with my glasses purchase. In all, not a bad Opticians.

I was given lots of available times for my appointment. The optician was extremely thorough when checking my eyes and vision and clearly explained the changes in my prescription. I needed to choose some new glasses for my updated prescription. The lady who helped me (Karen?) was still training but very helpful and friendly. Happy with my purchase and test.

ive been going to my opticians now for many years and will continue for years to come. They’re so friendly chatty and make you feel so comfortable when you go. They provide excellent customer service and I happily recommend them to friends and family x

Very knowledgable and friendly staff.

The staff were lovely all round, i was just a little annoyed that they were running half an hour late which meant me hanging around town unexpectedly.

From walking in your colne,Lancashire store from start to finish everything was second to none service.The staff were amazing in everyway possible.They supported me and explained everything and the care they showed me was brilliant big thumbs up to all the team.
