I came in to ask for my glasses to be altered because they were wonky on my head. The store assistant agreed but said it was my ears that were not even! Embarrassed I left and went to Vision Express a few metres away. They altered them for me immediately, without hassle and they now fit perfectly. Guess I will now use Vision Express in the future.

My son attended a contact lens trial, Julie did an excellent job showing him how to put them in, she even brought some contact lens and placed them in her own eyes demonstrating the process, making it easier for him to understand. She offered constant praise and encouragement for his effort. My sons and myself also had sight tests with Mohammed, he answered our queries and gave useful advice. Thank you. Great team, excellent service. Shazia.

The staff were very friendly including the optometrist. He answered all my questions whilst doing the tests. The one thing that let the appointment down was the camera that took the pictures of my eyes wasn't focusing correctly. A little ironic I think. In the end my eyes were very much the same as my last appointment. No new glasses needed. No pressure to purchase a pair either. All in all a very good appointment. Thanks Boots.

I really liked the fact that the examination was thorough New technology was used to perform various checks on the eyes not just measuring if I am short-sighted or not but checking out the pressure, the retina etc the actual health of the eyes The optometrist was really helpful and were happy to answer to all of my questions which put my mind at ease

Problems with the time of my appointment would be my only niggle. Made my appt in 'store' for 12.10, received a text stating 12.00, rang to confirm and was told it was for 11.55! Very confusing! Kxx

Oh dear Boots! Yet again you have let me down regarding my contact lenses delivery. My contact lenses that were in the store in August have disappeared yet again.i have been a customer for at least 25 years and am seriously considering leaving .staff are friendly but too many new faces no organisation in the store. Different faces every week. Very frustrating and no one will put themselves out to help when they have made a mistake. Not good Enough!
