I was very pleased with my consultation. The optometrist was extremely kind , patient , helpful and gentle.

All staff were very helpful and friendly.

A small place where everyone had time for the customer and each other. Very friendly place where I felt comfortable and my opinions were valued. Everything was explained to me and I didn't feel rushed. There was no pressure to choose the most expensive spectacles and the young lady who helped me choose gave honest opinions as to what suited me and what didn't. I wouldn't go anywhere else now

The entire team was great. Especially Jess who took extra time to explain a few more details to me while she was meant to be on her lunch. Great team Burgess Hill.
