Boots Opticians Hertford

It was my first optician check up sunce I was a kid , my last was 29 years ago . It was very nice , friendly , relaxed and extremely informative . I know the full extent of eyes health right now . The people who work there and those who attended after my family and myself were brillant and so professional , whilst keeping a big smile . Very well done to all at boots optician in Hertford .

I only ever visit the Hertford Boots Opiticans as their service is outstanding. Elliott performed my eye test and was professional, informative and helpful throughout. Inna performed my Eye Health test, explaining everything well and gave good advice regarding suitable frames. Alex also helped with frames, and gave friendly and useful advice on which frames suited, which lens packages would be best for me; and adjusted my frames once I had tried them on.

Staff were engaging and informative at every step of the procedure and communicated well in describing what they were doing.

Great service and friendly staff, nothing to improve on!

I arrived at just before 10:20 my appointment time. Sat waiting for 20 minutes with no explanation or apology. Told staff I was not prepared to wait any longer received absolutely no response let alone an apology. Absolutely no customer care what so ever.
