I had a thorough eye test and all my questions were answered satisfaction. I was not interested in having contact lenses. I went into Boots in the Howard Centre today {15/8/2025} to order my frames and lenses. I was looked after by a charming lady called Jeannette. Very helpful, no hard sell {unlike Specksavers) explained all my options. Very happy with my visit and the outcome. Definitely an asset to your business. Jack Gardiner

Normally have no issues with this branch at all, prefer it because it's smaller. However, on my most recent visit there only seemed to be one man with dark curly hair doing a lot of the work and the younger darker lady didn't appear to do much of anything or know the answers to simple questions. The other young blond lad was friendly enough. Different optician to the normal one this time seemed pleasant but I prefer the normal one and the other lady who is normally there too.

Attended Howardsgate shop. I found it more relaxing, less rushed experience than the Howard Centre shop. The staff had time to talk to you without the hassle of the foot fall in the shopping centre. I shall book there for my future appointments.

professional, helpful staff I took ages to choose my new glasses but I didn't feel rushed or made feel like I was taking long time or taking too much of their time which was great because I don't like making decisions under pressure.

I went to the wrong branch as there are 2 branches. I went to the one I normally go to as didn't realise there were 2 and it wasn't stated when I booked it. When I told the branch staff they told me it was because I booked on line and apologised but I feel it should be made obvious when the appointment is booked and maybe stated on the text reminder
