I have seen 3 different people. The lack of continuity of care is concerning and worrying. Wasted time as know one gets to know the patient and I get asked the same questions. I will be moving elsewhere.

I was thinking of changing from boots for my eyecare as everytime i attend i see a differeny optician which is awful for customers. You need continuity especially for cobtact lense care. I was hugely impressed by valerie ekeanyanwu ..she was extremely thorough but very informative and i felt confident with her. I mentioned about lack of continuity and she said she will be available in the future. She diagnosed blephoritus and explained what it was and how to manage it. I will be asking to see her in the future.
