Boots Opticians Cheshunt

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Suki the optometrist was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. Their selection of frames was very good for my budget and the gentleman took time to explain all options. I did not feel rushed and even brought my daughter in for an eye test.

This place is a total disaster, no help at all, dont even know who to complain to as the owner was my optom!!

Made an appointment and then they cancelled due to the weather and re booked for Saturday morning , arrived no record of an appointment being made for me , Had already appointments but may be able to squeeze me in. !!! After experiencing this and reading the feed back on this branch at old Pond I had No faith what so ever in them and decided to go else where Which I have and glad I did. !!!!

The girls in my Boots opticians are lovely.(cheshunt pond) Always helpful, they even wave when I walk by. I sometimes just walk in and browse new frames.

My optometrist (she) was really friendly, helpfull and professional. Thank you.

The eye test was very good. The actual consultation regarding the new lens was awful. I wouldn't be surprised if the lady that went through my options was on commission. I ended up paying far too much for just lenses. I was not told all the options available and felt pressured into having lenses that were very expensive. I would not recommend Boots optisions to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and I was able to have a laugh with them all, they really managed to help me out as my eyes are very bad.

false advertising, as I thought it was free eye test, as I was contacted directly by boots, to remind me that an eye test was passed due, to my surprise, I was told quite bluntly, "were dose it state on our website, that the eye test is free". this was my first and will be my last visit to the boots opticians in Cheshunt.

Staff were freindly and helpful. I chose s new pair of glasses paid for them and I'm waiting to collect them. I did think that your glasses were expensive at the time. I paid £310 with a discount. Later that evening I found the same glasses online with lenses for £120. I feel totally ripped of and will never buy glasses from boots again or recommend others to buy.
