I booked with the central booking system. It would have been helpful to have been reminded that I needed to take my glasses.

The girls in the Hatfield branch were fab but they mucked up or rather the other guys mucked up my sunglasses order as I ordered the blue tint and they can back green. But yet yet I still had to pay in full even tho I'm still waiting for my sunglasses to arrive so I'm really disappointed about that but I don't think it's the girls fault !! I really think also you shouldn't have charged me the balance ynt I collect the correct order !! Maybe you could send me s voucher as I've just bought some jimmy choo glasses @£310 and now my sunglasses which you ordered wrong but have still made me pay for !my daughter has just ordered some glasses with you too so let's hope you don't muck those up !! The girls as u say are great but to get my order wrong is very unfair ..... and to make me pay in full when I haven't received them yet ..... actually rather rude . So let's see if you reply to my msg and do something out of goodwill as I too am a manager !! I
