Very friendly and helpful team

I felt that each person who dealt with me was caring and considerate, and took all the time needed.

I was extremely impressed by the efficient and friendly staff. Although this practice is my normal one and I had had an eye test a few months ago. I came back from holiday and when I woke up the next morning my eye was extremely painful sensitive to light and bloodshot. Even though I didn't have an appointment they fitted me in and gave me a thorough examination and a letter to m y doctor.As I didn't have an appointment and they were busy they could have told me to go to A and E instead they treated me with kindness.

The Optometrist was very nice and very helpful, also patient and considerate.. She explained in detail what was happening with my sight which was important to me as it would help me to decide whether I needed glasses or not.,

I have to say that, until this most recent visit to the Haywards Heath store, I was considering going to another optician, as on previous visits I had suffered cancellations, considerable waiting times and some conflicting advice from optometrists. However, this time there was no waiting time, the staff were charming, the optometrist very informative and gave good advice. An all-round much better experience... well done Boots, about time you got the Haywards Heath store working as it should.

All staff in my branch in Haywards Heath were very efficient and helpful. The optometrist was extremely helpful and made a suggestion on choosing a better contact lense for myself and gave me a trial pack to make my mind up. I, my husband and my mother have been with Boots opticians for many years now and we have always had excellent service.

The eye test was for my 3 year old daughter and the optometrist was brilliant with her, made her feel really comfortable Have to say that all the staff were great and really made her feel at ease Thank you
