I found the eye test very thorough and the staff put me at ease throughout the whole process and were very professional. One good tip is to let them know of any eye condition that is suffered within your immediate family such as - Macula Degeneration, Cataracts or Glucoma as some of these can be hereditary. I mentioned mine straight away but I'm sure they'll ask you anyway. I can't fault anything with the service I received at Boots in Crawley County Mall at all and would highly recommend them to anyone...

All good: tests carried out, reading glasses are OK as-is. Improvement suggested to enhance long range vision and ease night driving: ordered up a new pair of glasses (my choice, no pressure) at a reasonable price. Thanks to all concerned.

I had a very thorough examination and great care was taken to check the health of my eyes for Glaucoma which runs in our family. Also had to retake one of the first tests to make sure it was the correct reading. Couldn't fault the service.

I was seen by a young lady, three months or so out of university. She was keen, extremely thorough and pleasant throughout. Couldn't have been treated better, in my opinion.

Excellent staff. I've put off having contact lenses for years as have a fear of putting things in my eyes. The staff were great and I'm happy wearing my contacts now as opposed to glasses all the time

I've been going back to the same branch for many years and although I've seen different opticians they've all been good. Two of them picked up conditions I was unaware of and referred me to a specialist straight away. I've been happy with my varifocals from day one.
