optomtrist took time to explain the eye test and to advise me on any problems that may occure in the future. the team were very helpfull after i chose the style of glasses i liked. not at all pushy and let me take my time.

Having recently moved to Haverhill this is only the second time I have visited this branch. The standard of service was exemplary from the team who were very knowledgeable and were very helpful. After receiving the results of my eye test on the day I did not feel pressurised into making rash decisions on choosing new glasses. Even though I initially chose reading glasses from the lower price range. Everyone at the store were exceptional and I would like give a special mention to Kate whose level of service was second to none. Well done boots opticians Haverhill!! Keep up the good work!!

Used to go to other opticians and had lost faith in them. So thought I'd try boots. The whole experience was great. I would particularly like to talk about staff member Kate, she is exceptional. Very informative, warm and knowledgeable. Thank you Kate and teammates.

Nice friendly staff and not to pushyon purchasing ..explained my options very well..service is fine..not sure if you have thought of a kids corner..nothing to extravagant, just a couple of books and safe toys to keep them occupied .. other than that Haverhill branch is very welcoming.. cheers Kev

I had to wait a little longer as they were running behind schedule but I wasn't in a rush on this occasion so it was fine. Eye test was quick, easy and the optometrist was very clear and friendly with instructions.

I would like to thank Optomostrist Dimple Patel for recommending the correct prescription and Bev and Beth for help with choosing my frames. They all provided an excellent friendly service and looked after me very well

Not all questions were answered clearly by staff and the cost (which is NOT competitive) was not made clear until asked.

It was very good to be able to talk to the staff at the shop about my problems with my eye's and to be able to have the right classes sorted out for me.

Very thorough, informative and friendly.
