The optometrist was really knowledgeable and I felt she was very thorough in checking my eye health and sight.

Optometrist was fabulous lovely very professional gentlemen could not fault anything not sure who arranged and mixed up our appointments and times so poor communication skills of lady staff on phones not pleased with that side of this service

Even though, through no fault of my own, I was very late for my appointment, I was welcomed and given excellent treatment. The staff were all very helpful and certainly seem to work well together as a team.

Diagnosis informative, clear and concise. The appointment was conducted in a pleasant atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble and the diagnosed condition was referred to the Eye Hopital with clear and concise instructions as to future action.

Optometrist Mr.Johnna (sorry for spellings) was thorough and explained everything about my eye sight girls in front were helpful but they were all Trainees would have been nice to see a fully qualified person .
