Staff very professional & friendly. Went through everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. Relaxed environment. I felt I was being given advice about my sight, with no pressure selling.

Had an outstanding experience here on 6th March 2018. My 12 year old daughter had been suffering severe headaches and sickness, and after a hospital and GP visit was advised to also have an opticians appointment, just in case. We walked in without an appointment and were able to be seen immediately (good timing and luck helped here, but I was tremendously grateful), and the staff were very good at putting my daughter and myself at ease. The optometrist (I think his name was Nish) and his team carried out extra tests, to ensure that he had ruled out anything that could be contributing, and I really appreciated them taking me and my daughter seriously and going the extra mile to reassure us. I will now choose to go here for my own eye tests in future, as the level of care was outstanding.

I was suffering from an eye infection and they arranged an appointment for me immediately . After a lot of tests the conclusion was that I was suffering from a viral infection rather than a bacterial infection I was recommended to use and I drop with no preservatives To relieve the symptoms .there is no quick fix and the infection would just run would just run its course

Appointment was easy to book and went very smoothly. I was treated very well and everything was explained simply and well.

I am very satisfied with Mr Onkar Toot 10-28548-Q57 helping me with my eyes test, he is very friendly toward his patient. I take his advised to fit new glasses for being able to see more clear. The Lady opticians helped to choose the right kind of glasses I should get, they are very helpful and I am pleased to know that I have got 25% off to pay. I even have another appointment in a few days time coming back to have the back of my eye checked. I think it is all good and thank you!

A pleasant and professional experience.

I did not receive a letter regarding a new appointment, the only way I discovered that my daughter was due a new eye test was because her glasses broke so I had to get them fixed. I was then told her appointment should have been the previous month so then had to wait another week for the eye test.

Great experience, we had our baby boy with us who loved the attention from kind & patient staff. Thankyou!
