The staff were very pleasant. They explained clearly all the processes. The staff were helpful with frame choices. My glasses were prepared quickly.

The optometrist was very thorough and took their time. I was made to feel at ease and everything was explained to me in detail. I would definitely recommend this opticians and will return.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. They offer great advice and service whether it's an eye check or lenses check and whether your looking to get new spectacles or changing contact lenses. Only downside to this visit was that they couldn't tell me the price change to contact lenses, however this was due head office not passing this information on and not the branch staff fault, as they searched through both paper and computer records to clarify this for me.8
