Boots Opticians Cheltenham - Regent Arcade

At the moment I met the receptionist and the staff who conducted the initial test and scan at Boots opticians in the Regents Arcades Cheltenham and the passed me to the Ophthalmologist Debbie. Great care and attention to details. Debbie Paulus is fantastic outstanding Optometrist explaining eye tests thoroughly answering all my questions and concerns unafraid to include brilliant sense of humour . Debbie made the whole test pleasant. Highly recommend and thank you

Faultless throughout

I was dealt with promptly and staff were friendly and put me at ease

When I arrived I thought it was going to be a long process as all the staff were busy with customers. I was attended to quickly and some intial details were taken. I was then immediately taken for three tests on my eyes which were conducted smoothly and efficiently and the consultant explained what each test was for and what it entailed. I waited only a couple of minutes afterwards to be seen by the optometrist who introduced herself and made me feel totally at ease. The final tests were completed and the optometrist explained the outcome which was of minimal change and explained my options. On the whole, a perfect experience and no doubt one I shan’t hesitate to repeat Boots Opticians in a year or two. Thank you.
