Awful experience for my son (5) seeing Mr Harris, he had no patience whatsoever, no allowances for it being his first appointment, or that fact that he was a child. Very much not very child friendly. Even called my son "vain" during trying the glasses on. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted quite frankly. To top it all off, there was no guidance or help given by the staff on selecting a pair of glasses so they constantly fall down and need pushing back up repeatedly. I have since taken my son to another opticians who has fitted some new glasses for him, which I have had to pay for as they he's already had one pair through NHS. Would not recommend and will defiantly will not be returning.

I paid using a "free eye appointment" voucher that I received shopping at boots. I half expected it to be too good to be true as nothing is ever for free but it worked! So I am glad I used it. Every member of staff that I came across seemed very friendly. To improve the service, less notifications need to be sent to the customer. I booked my appointment on Tuesday for Friday and received a text every day as well as a phone call. I can understand the need for it if I booked it for a month later and needed reminding but in my case this was not needed.

The staff were happ to stay open for me on a saturday night . I was with them untill 5.45 when the store clisef at 5.30. They did not rush me and made sure my new glasses were the correct fit etc. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much.

Very polite, friendly, helpful and professional staff. Honest contact lens consultation with the optometrist. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.
