Boots Opticians Cheltenham - High Street

I received some excellent customer care from Louise in Boots Opticians. She was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I had personal service from Louise. I would recommend anyone to use Boots Opticians in Cheltenham High Street

Broken both distant and reading glasses in one evening - Louise A repaired the readers but we both agreed the distance were beyond hope. Fortunately she found my prescription (still valid) on the system and was not only able to order replacements but was also able to provide me with a temporary pair that were sufficient for my immediate needs until my proper replacements were ready. She was also very appreciative that, whilst not earth shattering, for me having no glasses for either reading or normal viewing was quite distressing and was causing me a great deal of worry and concern. First rate service, supply and customer care - highly recommended.

Was very busy when I arrived so had a 5 minute wait to be acknowledged but all future care was above good and very thorough examination

While waiting for my appointment I heard staff booking appointments for later that day yet it seemed very busy while I was there and my appointment felt rushed. That said I do feel my eye check was thorough.

The optician talked me into having a certain test which I didn’t want to have, as it is invasive. I’m so glad he did as the test was done and the results were normal. I won’t worry if I have to have it again. He was very reassuring and I would like him to do my next test

The total experience of enquiring whether Boots could help with my problem right through to solution was a great example of professional and caring customer service. The speed of making an appointment the advice of what to bring to the appointment, the appointment Itself and aftercare was excellent

All Good, Friendly staff, Optometrist carried out a complete test & explained reasons for trialling a different Contact Lens brand.

All the staff were very courteous and kept me well informed during my visit. As I didn't have time to complete the paperwork needed to order my new glasses, they were very amenable about my coming back later on to do it. The only problem was the air con! Both customers and staff said it was too cold so fortunately they were able to turn it off. Surely there must be an air con system that is controllable?

Very efficient and punctual.

Excellent five star service. Really was well looked after. My first pair of glasses are ordered and im very happy with all who looked after me.
