All the staff show constant and efficient professionalism for my contact lenses and glasses needs over the past three years. Communication is good via phone and the post when my children need their free appointments and Laura, Glynis and Maddy are always friendly and have great customer care skills. Glasses are ordered and returned and Laura always explains why the process is the way it is and how the subscriptions work. I feel they go above and beyond. Sometimes the phone is busy but I've always got through within ten minutes. 100% recommend.

I received a very thorough and professional eye test, with particular attention to new dark floaters. I was very impressed by the care I was given by the young optometrist, Hannah, and her support staff, all of whom were so helpful, all the more do in these pandemic times when they are working close to people’s faces. There was no hard sell, just recommendation based on the prescription in context of how it had changed from previous test. I thorough recommend using this service.

Called in to the appointment 20 mins late with no apology or mention of lateness from either optometrist or staff. Optometrist did not introduce herself and seemed quite abrupt during the eye test. Was not the most pleasant experience but eye test performed well otherwise. I would just have liked a little more personable approach to care.

Excellent service. Having had eye test elsewhere this was refreshing in that I didn't feel 'sold to' at the end of the consultation. Everything was explained clearly and it was recognised that I would need further time to consider all the options.

Very efficient. Even gave me a new pair of daily disposable contact lenses to put back in after examination complete :-)
