Westbury on trym branch staff are to be congratulated on the customer skills they were helpful polite and made me feel at ease it is the first time I have used Boots and will continue to use them THANK YOU

Explained everything very clearly.

Great staff, very friendly. However I was very dissapointed when told they didn’t have the right tools to take the plugs out of my tear ducts (I have dry eyes). I was told I would have to go to a different opticians to get that part done. Having spent £25 already and now have to pay another consultation fee somewhere else just for what I feel is ‘to finish the job’. I wouldn’t recommend based on this.

Been visiting this branch since I was a child and always have fantastic service from all the staff members who take great care in making sure you're 100% happy and welcomed into the branch. Would definitely recommend to anyone. My only negative point would be the optometrist on duty the day of my contact lens check didn't really seem to know what she was doing which made things a little awkward, and even hurt one of my eyelids during my examination. She seemed almost afraid to touch my eyes during the UV dye check, which is strange to me as she is an optometrist who I would expect to be experienced with close examinations. Apart from this I always have a great experience at the branch, and would highly recommend!

As soon as I walked into the Opticians, the staff were all very professional, polite and thorough and I felt I was being given excellent care.

Excellent service from all of the staff and optometrist, instructions were clear and concise.

Am always impressed by the politeness and professionalism of the staff at the Westbury on Trym branch. The eye tests are always thorough, and any questions that I have are always answered well. Lucy stands out in particular, it is always a pleasure to have her deal with me.
