A lovely practitioner, Dipika Patel, gave me the newly available Zest treatment for dry eyes, explaining that it should give relief for up to 6 months. However, it made no difference to my eyes whatsoever, needing eye drops the very same day. I clean my eyelids daily already and with hindsight think the treatment was no more than that. A very expensive procedure that gave me no relief. I did return the next day to let her know that it had been ineffective for me and she seemed to think that the treatment in itself it was a pleasant experience, suggesting it had been worthwhile none the less!

Really welcoming, very detailed and in depth eye examination and consultation. Clear next steps and recommendations on the timeframe for my next appointment. Great experience and very much in line with the service from Boots Opticians.

I felt the optometrist dealt with me as an individual and neither patronised nor bewildered me with information. He was extremely polite and explained what was going on as the examination proceeded. The examination felt well paced and at the same time, thorough.
