Boots Opticians Cirencester

The staff are unable to check which staff-member are actually available on the day that appointment is booked for, only to call us hours before to cancel it after waiting 6 weeks for the appointment to come around. Eye care is fine, communication is poor.

It is always a joy getting my eyes tested here. But today the young man, Alex, who went through everything with me prior to having my eyes tested was, knowledgeable,patient and considerate. Such service should not go unnoticed. I can't fault Boots opticians Cirencester at all

I was given a very thorough eye examination and everything was very well explained go me. The service was also good for the prescription and selection of lenses and frames. The staff were very professional in the light that they were currently understaffed, which clearly needs resolving as soon as possible.

They were very efficient and a smile goes a long way, I felt like a valued and well cared for customer and could not fault the service.
