Boots Opticians Biggleswade

Visited the store today, I had no appointment, but wanted to purchase some verifocals and sunglasses. The lady who served me was called Melissa, she was very knowledgeable and gave me a good explanation about the different types of lenses and Glasses options, which were available. Thanks to Melissa, I've now purchased my Glasses and I would recommend Boots opticians to others.

I transferred to the Biggleswade branch from Welwyn Garden City when they opened as it is very local. The opticians have always been brilliant - picking up on conditions and referring me to the hospital for treatment. The latest one being Roshni . She has been very thorough in the actual eye tests and explaining the results . She has made referrals , chasing them up as necessary to see appointments have been made by the hospital and then phoning me check on their outcomes. I would highly recommend using their service.

I came here one morning with a terrible irritation in one eye , the staff were very helpful and booked me an appointment that afternoon , I hadn't used the optician before but I was treated like I was an existing patient of theirs. The optician was very professional and knowlegable and carried out a thorough check of the affected eye with a diagnosis and a referral. I will definitely be using this optician again....

Came here because it was closer to me than St Neots which I went to in the past. I found the optician very efficient. When I collected the glasses the assistant was not very good and I had to return on another occasion because she had misaligned the frame and the glasses did not sit right on my nose. The other staff were OK but not nearly as knowledgeable or helpful as I had become accustomed to at St Neots, because of this I will not be using Biggleswade again.
