Janet the Optometrist was very patient and kind with my husband when he was there for a site test the other day, and Chloe the assistant was also very helpful and attentive to my husband when choosing his spectacles and fitting them. Thank you very much.

I would highly recommend boots opticians st Neots branch to family and friends. All the staff where welcoming. And Gemma who went through the checks and helped me choose glasses was very professional and really seemed like she cared about my needs. Janet mines the optometrist was thourgh and gave very good advice.

Great service, not only by the optician but by all the staff in the store. Big shout out to Lucy who provides a efficient and friendly service, really makes you feel at home.

I managed to get a cancellation so I got in nice and quick. All the staff were very pleasant and efficient. Janet, the optometrist, explained the test to me and asked if was happy and did I have any questions. I was happy. I have been going to that branch for many years and I shall continue as I've always found the staff to be very helpful. I just wish they had more of a glasses selection.

The staff at Boots St Neots were excellent, especially Gemma who helped me with choosing suitable frames and took time to explain options to me without trying to sell me anything. She was honest, helpful, professional and friendly. I felt out of my depth choosing suitable frames and she took all the stress out if it and I am very happy with the glasses ended up with.

I arrived for my appointment 10mins early, advised that there was a delay of 20mins, I was actually seen by the optometrist 40mins later! I informed the reception that I was running late as I needed to return to work so should re-book, however the optometrist who was at the reception said that she was ready and it won’t take long so suggested that I came through for my eye examination. My contact lens aftercare and Eye test was rushed, which didn’t give me any confidence that I had been given the right level of attention. I am very disappointed, not to mention that I was also very late returning to work. The total time spent at Boots Opticians in St. Neots was 1hr 15mins. I will be contacting my local branch to complain and request a repeat check up.

All the staff were really nice , very pleasant & really helpful from when I walked through the door to the finish , so very happy .
