I saw Farihah and Tam on Sunday. They were the only people in and worked tirelessly to make sure that everyone was seen to and left happy. The opticians was full, but no one was ignored, they are fab.

The optometrist was very good. Highly professional and competent, she carried out the tests carefully and with full understanding, explaining at each stage. I feel very confident with her final diagnosis.

Mr McDermott was extremely thorough and explained everything to me pointing out the problems with my eyes from the pictures taken. Very helpful when discussing eye drops to use and arranging a follow up appointment.

Staff very friendly and good with the kids.

It was a great and friendly experience. Just wish my new glasses would be quicker st being ready as now have to wait two weeks.
