Optometrist was very kind and helpful. Girl working behind the counter was disinterested and borderline unfriendly.

The optician made me feel very relaxed and calm during my appointment which made me feel really good and was able to trust him.

Excellent service and very nice people.

The online appointment system does not recognise the place you have chosen. It is annoying to have to select dates and to be offered appointments in different places. It took several tries before I was offered an appointment at my chosen branch. The service during my appointment was excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly and took time to listen to me.

Couldn't be better. The staff were genuinely helpful and knowledgeable about products and procedures. I am returning for extra spectacles when time permits.

The Optometrist told me his name but I can't remember it and do not have any paper record of the eye test to refer to. He was however, extremely professional, very knowledgeable and helpful, and made me feel very relaxed during the test. Many thanks!

Everything was great, they were really accommodating with my children and the Optometrist was a lovely man. Very helpful and friendly.

Such a friendly man, I felt at ease from the start. He explained everything to me - what he was doing and why. Would definitely recommend. He did introduce himself but I am bad at names but he did have a name badge on but I only saw it with my glasses off so couldn't read it.
