Optimists who examin for contact lenses didn’t look like he knew his job properly, lack of enthusiasm and Optimist who check my eyes for glasses provided absolutely best treatment, she knew her job very well and had provided good advice

I would like to thank Sarrah, who provided an absolutely excellent service. I brought in a form to be signed by my optometrist without making an appointment, simply hoping that I would be able to drop it off and pick it up another time when it was prepared. She had this sorted for me within the hour! The staff at Boots Opticians are always extremely helpful. I have been going there for quite a few years now and have never had a bad experience.

The optometrist did introduce herself at the appointment, it was me who forgot her name!

I've had 3 appointments here in the past month or so. Every one has ended up being 3 times as long as I was told. Staff standing around chatting rather than serving customers. Indeed i could tell you how one of your staff was off chatting up a customer while I waited for half and hour to be seen ot tell you all about the internal star of the day award - who should and shouldnt win thanks to your staff chatting in front of customers.The optometrists are very good. Unfortunately the support team are letting the place down. I have one more appointment in a few weeks after which I will be moving to another store or another retailer.

I was sent a free eye test voucher and was easily able to book at a time to suit me. The optician team were able to even see me earlier and were extremely friendly and polite throughout. Overall a great experience

My eyes were not measured when putting on new glasses. I would like someone to contact me because I’m not very happy with it
