I thought the whole experience was great, thats why i only consider boots when having an eye test or buying new glasses. Thanks

The test was very thorough, very clear and didn't take forever . The gentleman who served me in the frame section was very helpful and patient. All staff were very polite and friendly which is unusual nowadays in many shops. I am very pleased I used Boots opticians and will definitely use them again.

I have been to Boots in Banstead for the last 2 visits now. They are caring, informative & friendly. The optician was lovely, I went for a free contact lens trial as well & she explained very clearly & said if they didn't suit we could tweak on the next appointment, not pushy about getting new glasses either which I hated with spec savers. I can throughly recommend this practice.

There was no waiting time. The optometrist was friendly, professional and informative when discussing my daughter eye exam results.

The optometrist was very good but the shop assistant was not very good at all, she was not very helpful and was disinterested in me. She wasn't very helpful in assisting me in choosing glasses. In the end I went next door to spec savers to choose a pair of glasses and purchase .

I arrived at 1210hrs for a pre-booked appointment at 1220hrs. However, I was not seen until after 1230. The staff were not particularly friendly or apologetic and eventually I was asked to do my range of vision (dots) test "while I was waiting." The Optometrist was friendly and seemed interested but I think she was having a busy day! She was confused by the results from my dots test and I explained that it had all been rather rushed. She asked that I repeat the test when collecting my new prescription. When I went to pay I was offered a £15 discount on the test due to my waiting time. I am not at all happy with the experience and am considering having my eyes tested again elsewhere.
