Boots Opticians Croydon - Whitgift Centre

This review is not about an appointment but about my glasses being repaired. One of the arms came off my glasses because of the screw coming out also one of the nose pads fell off. I went twice to the Whitgift branch in Croydon and both times seen a lady called Pema. Both times she was very helpful and took time to fix my glasses even though it was very difficult because the screws she had to put in were so small. She comes across as a person who really likes her job and likes to help and please the customers. Kind Regards James Doyle

Francis at the front desk was so kind and professional, all the staff were amazing! Explanations were very clear and everything was sanitizer now before use. The appointments had to be booked quite far into the future but that is perfectly understandable.

Very bad staff attitude, skills and poor customer service. Strictly not recommend for anyone

I was double booked, had to wait an hour after my appointment time to be told, was then suggested that I could 'hang around' and maybe I could be fitted in. I left.

The young Indian lady named Pryanka that took me through my glasses options was extremely helpful, polite and patient. She explained it very well how much the thickness I would have and not in my glasses. Pryanka was very honest with choosing glasses and what looked good on my face. I was happy to spend over £900 quid for my glasses. I am pleased with all the honesty and help from her. She is a credit to your establishment in the company of Boots. Thank You Carmen Hill

Brilliant service!

I was particularly impressed by the assistant who helped me choose my my lenses and other aspects of my purchase such as tint and thickness of lens. She was extremely helpful, polite and patient in answering all my questions. Her name was Zoe. I hope I might deal with that exceptional employee when I return to pick up my glasses.

It was a very professional thorough service, I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very well organised and very helpful throughout.
