This is the first time I visited your branch.I am very pleased the excellent attention and help I received.Staff were very well coming and keen to help. I am very impressed by the help I received.As your service is so good I am not in a possition to add any thing further.I would be pleased to recommend to my friends about the excellent care I received in your branch .Thank you.

Staff and optometrist were very helpful and informative. However, I felt that my concerns could of been dealt with more seriousness and professionalism. Specifically I was questioned on my reasoning to attend the appointment due to the time period between the current eye test and the previous one. I personally wanted to ensure everything was OK but because it was not the recommended two year time frame between appointments; I was made to feel like I had wasted my time, which seemed unfair.

My optician was amazing. He spent extra time with me (as was required due to an identified abnormality) and brought in the expertise of a more experienced optometrist for a second opinion. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Young girl very friendly I didn't catch her name but she was very sweet and helpful from the purley way branch, even took time out to help pick frames with me when I was getting all confused
